We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Billing and Payment Providers
Founding Pro payments are processed by PayPal or Razorpay. Those providers may collect your name, email address, billing details, device or network data, and the payment information required to complete and protect the transaction under their own privacy terms. ZyVOP stores only the billing information needed to operate your subscription, such as the provider, provider subscription or order identifier, plan, billing interval, status, customer reference, and billing-period dates. We do not store your complete card number, bank credentials, or UPI credentials.
We may retain limited transaction and subscription records after cancellation or account deletion where required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. Payment providers maintain their own records according to their policies, and requests concerning those records may need to be sent to the provider directly.
Data Export and Account Deletion
You can download a copy of your ZyVOP data or permanently delete your account from Settings > Danger Zone. Password-based accounts must confirm their current password and all users must explicitly confirm the permanent deletion.
Account deletion removes your profile, posts, drafts, stored account images, interactions, notification data, and saved integration credentials from ZyVOP. Comments you made on another author's post are stripped of their text and identity while a generic deletion marker may remain to preserve replies written by other people.
Content previously cross-posted to third-party services such as Medium, Dev.to, Hashnode, or WordPress is controlled by those services and must be removed there separately. We may retain narrowly limited records when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or enforcement of our agreements.
